Hi,

When you refer to the "Web UI" are you talking about trend report viewlets added to a dashboard?

When you refer to the "preview" do you mean when the viewlet is zoomed (versus not zoomed)?

Currently, the viewlet container for the BIRT report handles whether the scrollbar appears or not. The scrollbar appears only when the viewlet is zoomed (not when unzoomed). Currently, there is no way to control this behaviour (i.e. not in the BIRT template).

Is this problem occurring for a custom micro BIRT report template that you authored or an existing report deployed by RTC?

Custom reports should follow adhere to specific dimensions depending on whether it is zoomed or not.
