When you create an approval for an WI and some of the approvers are not answering in time, they receive an reminder email for this approval. Is this feature configurable and where? Can we specify the interval between reminders?

Hi Peter,

I don't think we have this configuration option yet. But at the moment,
we are rehauling the work item mail configuration (there will be a nice
configuration page in the User editor in M5). So I suggest that you file
an enhancement request against the work item component so we can
consider this.
