iteration has planned deliverables?

Hey guys,

When I edit the properties of an iteration, I get an option to check a box that says 'iteration has planned deliverables'. Can someone tell me what this option does?

Thanks!

Eric.

Before M5D1 there was no real meaning associated with the flag.

Starting with M5D1 only iterations that have the flag will be shown as
potential 'planned for' targets in the work item editor. Also you can
create iterations plans only for iterations with the flag.

This gives users a way to structure their iterations in the way that
fits best their needs without compromising work items or plans. For
example, the jazz team divides each milestone iteration into a period of
development and a period of stabilization. Iteration plans however are
only made for milestone iterations.
