Intergration of CA endevor to RTC for system z on Z/OS

Gilbert Maredi (4683) | asked Mar 30 '10, 4:46 a.m.
Our company bought a number of rational softwares of which RTC for system z is one of them, which is totally new to us. We are currently using CA endovor for our COBOL IMS pgms source version control on Z/OS. Is there a way in which we can use Jazz Gateway to intergrate CA endevor with RTC without changing our current software life cycle processes on our mainframe environment?

By the "Jazz Gateway", do you mean the gateway process that is part of
the ClearQuest Connectory (i.e. the one that synchronizes records in
ClearQuest with work items in RTC)?

In any case, if you want to use CA Endevor with RTC, you'd want to
create (or have someone create for you) a "Bridge" using the OSLC API to
connect work items in RTC with the appropriate objects in CA Endevor.

Cheers,
Geoff
