I am working on an new unfunded project to develop the Mac Open Client.

We have need of a tool to track and manage tasks for updating the component packages, as well as allow end-user bug submissions, and Rational Team Concert seems like a good candidate.

Are there any facilities in IBM willing to host RTC for us for free?
