I would like to discuss the issue of naming objects in RTC. It is currently possible to have multiple streams/workspaces/components with the same name in the repository. This, in my opinion, is not only very confusing, but also incorrect as the name cannot (unambiguously) be used as an argument to many CLI commands (e.g. load, deliver, ...).

I found a work item (https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=58132) tracking this issue but it doesn't look like it is being worked on.

I am also very interested in other RTC users' opinions on this issue. Thank you.
