LDAP Integration - case sensitivity with user ID

We have LDAP set up with RQM and Apache against Microsoft Active Directory.

Our active directory IDs vary in terms of capitalization. Some are in all caps, some are in all lowercase, and others are mixed (First letter of first and last name capitalized).

If our users attempt to log in without matching the case of their Active Directory ID, Tomcat accepts but then they get a message that they haven't been given access to RQM.

This is a major nuisance to our users and a constant source of calls to us. Is there some way to configure RQM to do a case-insensitive match of the user id?

Hey,
did you check if the com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.ContributorService
is set to true - is it still the same Problem?

Thank you very much! That did the trick. I completely missed that option when reviewing the advanced properties list.
