Is there a way to sort the labels in the Work Items Statistics viewlet bar chart? At first I thought it was a descending sort of the item counts returned by they query, but looking at the Work Item dashboard for RTC development (https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.dashboard.viewDashboard&team=RTC%20Development/Work%20Item&tab=_nlxrUAhsEd2laIpcgofKeQ), I see the "Open Defects" viewlet bars are not ordered by count. However, they are not ordered alphabetically either. Is there a way to sort the labels?

Thank you,

Hi Garrett,

Unfortunately, sorting is not user configurable.

The default sorting employed varies depending on the presentation and parameter chosen in the settings area.

For Tag Clouds, the results are usually sorted alphabetically by label.
For Bar/Column/Pie Charts, the results are usually sorted by value.
When enumeration type work item parameters are chosen, their sort order depends on how the enumeration is defined. This affects the "Status", "Priority", and "Severity" parameters. That way the items are sorted by their relationship to each other (e.g. High, Medium, Low, Unassigned)

Thanks,
