Access Restrictions and Syncing Between ETM Project Areas
We have a use case where certain users should only be able to view specific artifacts within an ETM project area. However, after checking, it seems that restricting access at the artifact level is not possible in ETM.
Could you please confirm if there is any way to implement such access restrictions? If not, would it be possible to synchronize artifacts between two ETM project areas located on different servers using scripts or any automated method which is similar to how ReqIF works for DNG?

It's not possible to restrict visibility to users added to either RM or QM project areas - if a user is a member of any team or subteam, they will implicitly get read access to the entire project area, even if they have no role assigned.
CCM project areas are the only ones where you can restrict access to view work items by team membership or by access control groups.
