OLE objects are getting trimmed in DNG

Hello ,
There are some files which were imported into DNG (using reqif file ) and it contains OLE objects in it along with requirement artifacts.
So here most of the images got truncated / trimmed compared to what we have in original file, for that image to view we need to download it to our local and adjust in the word document but i don't think it as a  better solution because we have so many files which contains these OLE objects

Is there any way to avoid this trimmed objects and get the image as the original file?
