Retrieving tags for artifacts via API in Doors Next Generation 7.0.2/7.0.3

I know you can retrieve all the attributes of artifacts in a module via the RM.Data.getContentsAttributes client extension API, but is it also possible to retrieve all the tags for all attributes in the opened module as well via the client extension API in DNG 7.0.2 and 7.0.3? If so, how do I accomplish that since I don't see any mention for how to do that in the Client Extension API documentation? If it's not possible to retrieve the tags via the client extension API, are there any other APIs that can be used for quickly getting the tags of all artifacts within a module? See picture below for what I mean by "Tags"
