RTC plan creation date or plan creator

0	Leonardo Benevides (266●2●23) \| asked May 25, 3:57 p.m. Hi folks, I would like to know if is it possible to obtain the plan creation date or identify who creates the plan in RTC 606? I look for that information in project area history but wasn't able to find.
