Automatic preview for attached files

Hello,

i hve the problem that with import of ReqIF (with predefined preview images) the preview will not be displayed. Also if I uploaf the artifact direct (format .rtf) the preview is missing. What can I do to get the preview generated.

Is it a windows server? In order to enable file previews, Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 needs to be installed on the DNG Server.

1. execute vcredist_x64.exe from Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 on the DNG server

2. optionally: restart DNG Server, if preview is not available.

Thank you very much for you answer, but unfortunately we have use linux servers. I'll check the UploadedFilePreviews < Main < TWiki (jazz.net) page with our admins, if there was done all the steps for linux.
