How do I fix error CRJZS5768E The RDF index located is inaccessible and CRJZS5855E An RDF index cannot connect to its storage in this directory while performing reindexing on RM for 6.0.6.1

After performing re indexing on RM for CLM 6.0.6.1 getting the following below error.


1. CRJZS5768E The RDF index located at D:\IBM\JazzTeamServer_6061\server\conf\rm\indices_FJTjUZLVEeaQweMzcPHChQ\jfs-rdfindex\ is inaccessible. The user might not have permissions to access the location.

  2.CRJZS5855E An RDF index cannot connect to its storage in this directory: D:\IBM\JazzTeamServer_6061\server\conf\rm\indices_FJTjUZLVEeaQweMzcPHChQ\jfs-rdfindex.

User have the full privilege with enough space on the drive.

 It is generally recommended to not leave RDF indicies in the \conf directory. Create a folder under D:\IBM such as JazzSharedIndicies and copy \conf\rm* into this new directory.


This avoids losing the indicies if you have to reinstall application by moving them out of install directory.

Verify new directory permissions and that user account running Jazz has access to that directory.
Update indicies path in AdvancedProperties.

See if this resolves your permission issue
Also make sure the disk is not out of space
