Please edit more specifics because I don't see an actual question in your 'question'.- also note that readers aren't omnisicent of your situation and may need to know the version+ifix you're using and if there's an issue with spreadsheet export then include the details of what you did, what result you get, and what result you expected.

 CLM Version 6061 IFX024

For Example if we have artifacts in module which has "satisfied  By"  link data, when try to export the module view to CSV/EXcel. In the export excel sheet Satisfied By column data is like 1082183.1135740: uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu {LINK id=1082183.1135740 uri=https://test.com/rm/resources/MB_19389929bc9e4d5b9923dd4257ca1610} instead it should be "082183.1135740: uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu"

I run a find and replace to the worksheet output using wildcard.  Find what: {*}

Don't enter anything for Replace with:
Replace All

 So I'm treating your question as "When I export a DOORS Next view to spreadsheet the link columns contain text like 1082183.1135740: uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu {LINK id=1082183.1135740 uri=https://test.com/rm/resources/MB_19389929bc9e4d5b9923dd4257ca1610}

I need the spreadsheet to contain like "082183.1135740: uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" - how can I get this formayt?"

You can't - the link columns always contain the full link definition because otherwise roundtrip wouldn't be possible. I guess you'll have to post-process the spreadsheet content if you don't need the link information.

You could create an Idea to request different/enhanced functionality from spreadsheet export, explaining the business value of this change - see Welcome to the IBM Ideas Portal
