Why by selecting requirements management in Add configuration section for a stream in GCM showing "No Projects have Configuration Management enabled"

 In Add configuration section for a stream in GCM showing "No Projects have Configuration Management enabled" for requirements management even though it is showing enabled in configuration management section of project area of ibm rm application. Currently using ibm rm 7.0.2

Probably you have not enabled config management for any of your DNG components

As mentioned in description the enable option becomes disable itself when creating any lifecycle projects or individual requirement management projects

You have to be a JazzAdmin to enable
