How to identify the stream for a particular component?

I am using RTC 2.0 Eclipse client. In the WorkItems perspective, i have created a workspace and loaded components from various streams. I want to find the stream for a component. Is it possible to identify the stream for which a particular component belongs? If possible how to achieve programatically?
(Note: The component name i am looking for also exists in another stream with the same name in the same repository.)

A component can be added to any number of streams and workspace, but
does not belong to any particular stream or workspace.
