Perspectives are an Eclipse core feature (and not functionality brought in with RTC/EWM), as such it might be more appropriate to ask this question on an Eclipse related forum.

That being said, this question appears to be answered here: https://superuser.com/questions/336738/how-to-migrate-perspective-across-workspaces-in-eclipse
(i.e. there's no real easy way to share it with the team)
