 I want to understand what are the difference in the process and the tools functionality while moving from CLM to ELM.

Is there any specific functionality added in RQM or DNG or any upgrade in the tool functionality in respect to requirement creation, test case creation or any other specific update in DNG and RQM

 The easiest way to understand the changes is to open the download page for ELM/CLM the version you are interested in. e.g.  https://jazz.net/downloads/elm/releases/7.0.1 . Then open the New & Noteworthy tab and go into the details on what is new. You can look at the changes for each version.


The Getting Started tab also contains the link to the release notes, which I find too detailed.
