DNG OSLC - Changing artifacts in project using Change Sets and required link to CR

Bartosz Chrabski (3.4k12648) | asked Dec 09 '21, 3:26 a.m.

 Dear Jazz Community,

We are currently building a solution where we use OSLC to change data (artifacts and their attributes) in a project where configuration management is enabled. All actions are performed without any problems, because simply the API works well.

The problem arises when the project wants to enable the use of change sets and requires that they be linked to the Change Request in (EWM/CCM) before being delivered.

Here 2 questions arise:

1) Am I able to add some flag to my POST/PUT requests that will allow me to bypass Change Set and change data directly in Stream. Is there any parameter that allows us to bypass this? There is nothing in the documentation about this.

2) Is there already a public API that allows you to work with Change Sets and create relationships with Change Requests, deliver to Stream ?. In our experience, there is only a private API.

When a flag is used to force link creation, there is very likely no flag to circumvent that.

Follow https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2019/03/07/type-system-manager-part-2/ to https://jazz.net/library/article/92596 . The attached code creates change sets and also delivers change sets.

I can't answer the creation of a relationship for DNG.
