Extensions or 3rd party apps for viewing and modifying SCM file custom attributes?

Are there any 3rd party tools available that will allow users to view, modify and query SCM custom attributes? Ideally within the Web UI as a plug-in.

I am not aware of those. Only the SCM command line allows this today. These attributes were specifically added for customers who wanted to write custom automation around SCM and needed such capabilities.
