What platform is the Jazz.net forum using?

The reason I ask is that we are considering achange to our knowledge sharing tool. It makes sense to at least consider using a platform that people are familiar with. If we utilise the same platform as the Jazz forum, then we increase the participation rates for both out internal forum, but also for the Jazz.net forum which is great for everyone!
