Can I revert the changes of ./repotools-jts.sh -migration_jts_updateConfigurationFiles oldJTSHome=/opt/IBM/JazzTeamServer606/server/conf

 I have executed below command , but now wanted to revert the changes.

 ./repotools-jts.sh -migration_jts_updateConfigurationFiles oldJTSHome=/opt/IBM/JazzTeamServer606/server/conf

 As far as I can tell, you would have to do that manually or reinstall the new JTS. The step just merges the configuration files with changes in the old JTS. You might be able to rerun this multiple times. I do not know for sure. You can try and check the new configuration files for plausibility.
