Error printing a view's Print Module book in Word

When I am in the Requirments Managment and in a module and showing a view. I try to 

Generate Report for View>Print Module view of type Word.   

I get an Internal error occurred. Restart the application and try again.
The RRDG log says
RRDG-10659:11288 Core WARN com.ibm.rational.rrdg - CRRPW3101W Datasource comments is not configured correctly so its queries are ignored.

com.ibm.rational.rrdg ERROR -CRRPE3096E output processing could not continue due to error.

What does this mean and how do I fix it?
I am using DNG 6.0.6 iFix006

 The problem was solved by upgrading from DNG to 6.0.6.1 Fix 016

6.0.6.1 went end of service 2022-10-31 and is no longer being remediated for security vulnerabilities. I recommend you upgrade to 7.0.2.
