Rm with 6.0.6.1 version and other Applilcationn with 7.0.2
I just want to understand will the following configuration work fine with the following combination of Version :
1. RM(RDNG) with version 6.0.6.1 and 2) all other application with 7.0.2 Version

I am not so sure about the not supported statement. You do not always have to upgrade all applications.
See https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/elm/7.0.2?topic=upgrade-client-server-version-compatibility table 2 shows which server versions work with which JTS. It looks like your scenario is supported.
