lscm is not recognized as an internal and external command

KT PD (597) | asked Jun 02 '21, 2:21 a.m.

 Hi Team,

I am using RTC SCM command line. I can able to do all operations at location "Jazz:/scmtools/eclipse".
I want to create new folder and I want that folder to act as a sandbox. If I open command prompt at created sandbox folder and hit the load command at that time the error is "lscm is not recognized as an internal and external command"
How to resolve the same. Thanks

Please consider to do a class on basic operating system functions. Here is a starter: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=how+does+windows+find+application+to+execute and the keyword would be the PATH variable.
