Is there anything like "lscm list ... -j"  that I could use?

There isn't a command that would give you this information.
A sandbox usually contains a .jazz5 folder. So you could search your machine for the .jazz5 folder and all the parent folders of .jazz5 would be a sandbox.

OK, Is there a way to check all the loaded workspaces on my machine?

Once you know the location of your sandbox, run 'lscm show status' to list the loaded workspaces in a particular sandbox.
