There are vendors that claim to provide WebDAV connectors to DropBox, and one of the options for off-loading large RTC files (and in 7.x, work item attachments) into a file store is WebDAV, so if that is what you are looking for, you should be able to purchase that integration from a vendor.

It would be desirable that users that ask about integrations, provide at least a hint what the purpose of such an integration is.
