Hello Team,

We added one of the user into the Team Area as "Scrum Master" but he is unable to create work item and end up with below error. But he can do the same activity upon adding into the Project Area as "Scrum Master". In this case, does users always need to grant permissions on Project Area level?

CRJAZ6053E to complete the Project areas task, you need these permissions: You don't have permission to perform the following actions:

Modify structure of iterations(modify/iteration/Structure/iteration)
Modify collections of timelines (modify/iterationStructure/developmentLine)

See https://jazz.net/library/article/291 the permissions one has always relates to the roles one has in the context that owns the object that is modified.
