Queries are restricted to the current state of an item, so you can't query
historical states (which you would need to query for when the 'Planned
For' field changed to 'sprint 1').

So if it is not a query, then what is it that I can use to find out which work items were added after the sprint planning meeting?

Thanks,

The Data Warehouse contains information about historical states, so maybe
a report would be an option.
