How to define user Role (Scrum Master, Team, ...) ?

Hello,
Add the user to the project by clicking the Add... link in the Members section.
Hover on the row in the table for the user. Icons will appear in the Actions section.
Click the "Process Roles" icon.
Select each role you want to add and click the Add--> button
Click Finish
Save the editor.

How do I define a user as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team or Stakeholder ? (I am using the WEB UI)
Is the "Administrator" of the Project the "Scrum Master" ?
