As there are many stream in source control. Its taking lot of time to open.
So is there any way that we can find the Stream which have not been used in last 6 month. so that we can archive them or change the owner to non used project.

There's no easy way in the UI to figure out which streams have been 'used in the last 6 months'.

Also, instead of archiving streams or changing the owner, one recommendation is to organize the streams into relevant folders. A Project Admin may need to take an hour to go through the streams and come up with a folder structure which helps and is meaningful to the members/users. Once this done, it will make the loading of the Team Artifacts view faster in the rich clients, and also help members find the stream they may be looking for.

The ability to organize streams into folders was added in RTC 6.0.6.1.
