Sudarshan M (107121) | asked Sep 04 '20, 7:37 a.m.

One of our user is trying to upload data of more than 3.4 GB in the source control of RTC and the user is getting "Content read property value of undefined" error while doing that. The limit for the upload is o as the Versioned content limit is set to 0. User is having all the valid license and role on the project and is able to upload data of less size.

what might be the issue?

Which client are you using and what version of the client? RTC Eclipse, CLI, VS, Web?
Do you see any exceptions in the server log?

That the limit is not set does not mean that your server can manage the load and size. Please open a case with support.
