Hello,
I'm learning to use indexing of the Storage service. In the past, I've been able to reset the
storage service by simply shutting down the server and replacing the database (repositoryDB) with
the zip file. However, after doing this, queries are still seeing things in the storage service
that are no longer there. How do I reset the indexes?

Removing /server/jfs-* seemed to fix the problem.

That would indeed work for now. You should be using a repotools command (repotools -help) for backing up and restoring a repo state.
