We would like to know if there's additional approaches for enabling integration of ETM with external tools apart from the Adapter or Commandline adapter methods.


We are looking to trigger tests execution over REST API calls from ETM and return the results back to ETM.

 It would be hard to tell what to do in a simple answer, but I think (as you mentioned) you can use QM REST API calls to customize what you want.

Thanks for the response. 

1) Reg the resource link, it looks like the link has information about RQM related REST APIs. We wanted to make API calls from RQM to external tools.

2) The article looks great. Would you be able to provide us a similar article for Adapter API approach (not the command line adapter).
