CRRTC0290E: The work item cannot be saved because the work item's type is not configured correctly at the project level
Hello, I am trying to import a list of defect from our company server to DOORS cloud. when i import the CSV file with all the defects it returns this error : CRRTC0290E: The work item cannot be saved because the work item's type is not configured correctly at the project level.
I created new attributes in the work item tab but during the import i mapped them all to the corresponding attribute from the excel file. Can someone tell me where I should reconfigure to make the import work.

I recommend to provide an explicit value mapping, as it is not always obvious, where to provide an internal value.
E.g. for "Type" you have to provide the internal identifier "com.ibm.team.workitem.workItemType.defect" instead of "Defect" (even if the "Mapping Tab" shows in both cases "Defect".
