On the Global dashboard, there's a query that shows all work items planned for a release.
When clicking on specific result under the widget, it opens the result set for that type. When clicking download, the following error occurs that prevents the download of the data. The only way to download the data, it to keep saving the query seperately. This is a highlly used dashboard widget for all users and all those uses having to use this workaround is painful.
Please advise. This error occurs in both IE and Chrome. Using Jazz version 4.0.6

Hello Radha, it seems you are affected by defect https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/318966 (fixed in 5.0.1), however, we only support version 6.x and later. |
