Unique message identifier

JAZZ DEVELOPER
In our company (yeah you can check my email :) we have a best practice
about adding a unique identifier in front of each message.

Q1) will Jazz pre-pend each message with a unique identifier ?
Q2) is there a plan to have a wizard or tool to help my developer manage
their message and unique identifier ? (Authoring, updating ?)

I was talking about the messages that will appear in the log file

right now we may have

{time stamp} {thread id} Error opening configuration file c:\config.cfg

and our company wants


{time stamp} {thread id} CRJAZ7865E Error opening configuration file c:
\config.cfg
