How can I log into jazz server in order to view my dashboard?

 I tried to log into jazz server to view my dashboard with https://plm:9443/ccm/ but it says my username or password is incorrect. It was working yesterday.

In general the answer to your question would be to log in. The dashboards are usually in the JTS e.g. use the browser to login to https://plm:9443/jts/web . The CCM login is usually  https://plm:9443/ccm/web .

Why would a forum know why your login does not work any more, without any useful information such as logs?

I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Try the correct login pages in the web browser.
  2. Contact the system administrators in your organization and ask them for help.
  3. While you are at it, tell them that the public URI (https://plm:9443) was an unwise choice and they should consider to fix it to a fully qualified domain name. They should consider reading https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/DeploymentPlanningAndDesign and the information related to the keyword "server rename" they can find in the online documentation.

PS: I deleted the other 4 copies of the same question. Sometimes double saves happen in the forum software but 5 times is unusual.
