Java Automation Scripts in RTC Eclipse - Can they be "executed" thru RQM for Testing

Karen Steele (1.2k1134139) | asked Feb 19 '20, 11:22 a.m.

We have a scenario where automation scripts are being written as java files and stored in RTC - is there a way to call those java scripts thru RQM in order to generate test execution results ?

Hi, Karen

I don't know how those automation scripts can be run outside RQM. You may have a look at command line adapter
(https://jazz.net/library/article/809/) and see if you can create a script in RQM(such as a batch file) to call those java files from RTC sandbox, and if there is a way to execute java files outside RQM, then it could be executed through a commandline adapter and have the result in RQM.
