RTC Query not applying an ALL behaviour to depends on condition

I have a query set up which is supposed to check if depends on -> status is resolved. It returns the work item if ANY of the depends on are resolved not ALL. 


Is there any way to get it to only return the work item if ALL the depends on -> status is resolved?

As far as I know that is not possible with RTC Work Item Queries.
I have created enhancement requests some years ago, but this was never implemented as far as I know.
Maybe reports would allow to query this. Not sure.
