Normally the folder ID starts with '_' (underscore) and consists of 23 characters.
For a specific project one of the folders doesn't follow this and doesn't start with underscore and consists of 33 characters when using Share Link to Folder option for retrieving the direct link and ID of the Folders
ID not coming as expected.
For the folder “L3 SWRS Traffic Sign Detection - SignSegmentation artifacts” the ID

Where ID is coming as expected.
For the folder “radar” the ID is
https://ibm.test.com/rm1/web#action=com.ibm.rdm.web.pages.showProjectDashboard&componentURI=https%3A%2F%2Fibm.test.com%2Frm1%2Frm-projects%2F_gC8eALF9EeiB16Rwn2Z9gA%2Fcomponents%2F_gGjysLF9EeiB16Rwn2Z9gA&folderId=_w0sUMdO8EeiqapT1v6czdw&oslc.configuration=https%3A%2F%2Fibm.test.com%2Fgc%2Fconfiguration%2F647
The question would be:
Why are the IDs so different? Usually, like for the folder “radar”, the Folder IDs start with an underscore “_” and consist of #23 characters.
But the folder “L3 SWRS Traffic Sign Detection - SignSegmentation artifacts” seems to have #33 characters and does not begin with underscore.

The URLs can be allocated in the several different ways i.e with underscore and without underscore , as it is system Generated URL's based on the referances of all the artifacts , projects etc.
