[RQM] How to insert a general comment in a formal review using OSLC?

Is it possible to insert a general comment in the formal review section of an RQM artifact using OSLC?

I have looked at the RDF responses and tried to set the generalComment field using POST and PUT, and seems that you can only retrieve the general comments in HTML form, but not insert new ones. Is this correct?

Looks like there is a defect and general comments are not being saved, please open up a case with support so we can follow up.
