The only way I know to apply a link with and import in RDNG is to put the artifact id(s) in an attribute and use the link by attribute.  Will this work accross to RTC or RQM?

We want to automatically apply links somehow between RDNG and RTC

We actually found a solution.  The RDNG import will apply links across to RTC and RQM with the following information simliar to below.

Column Heading:  Link:Implemented By
For each row, format the column with the uri - example.

Yes, URL-based linking works across applications.   It is attribute-based linking that only works with links to DNG.

The link-by-attribute is only for links to another DNG artifact, not for links to RTC or RQM artifacts.
