Can we provide user only read access to project area in RTC

 RTC Scrum Boards/Presenting Views:
Not sure if it’s already possible or if it can be fed into the questions with IBM over modifying the login time properties.

However, in Jira you can create what they call Wallboards, a series of dashboards that refresh regularly and are designed to sit on screens in scrum areas. It enables you to either use as a basis for scrums or passers-by/team members to understand progress without having interact with the team.

A number of the dashboards we have currently could be used for this purpose, however we would need a read only account to prevent the viewer from changing anything on the screen or through the filters and it would also involve the login screen being hidden. Are you aware of any way we could do this?

Please talk to your process administrators about permissions. Make sure the default role (everyone) has no permissions to change anything they should not. Assign roles and permissions according your needs.
