FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER edited Aug 09 '19, 3:10 p.m. Looking at the code, it looks like this message gets thrown when the work item cannot be fetched from the repository.
Can you answer a few questions:
1) Are the work items in different project areas?
2) Can both users open both work items in the web UI, as well as in the Eclipse client?
3) How exactly is code review being opened? (URL that was copied and pasted, from a button in the code review presentation in the work item, etc. - I think you answered this, but just want to confirm
4) Can you try opening code review in either Firefox or Chrome? (Note: Code Review is not compatible with 'pre IE' 11, or even IE-11 that is in 'compatibility mode).
5) Is the 'target stream' (that is set on the code review) accessible to both users?
6) Is this case reproducible 100% of the time, or intermittent.
7) Can you try the same thing with a different user (a user who is a member of the same team area as the user who can't open code review (and also not an admin).
Also, please open a defect on jazz.net to track this issue.
