Uploading Test Cases using RQMExcelImporter sometimes goes to indefinite wait state

While importing artifacts from ExcelSheet containing HTML / Richtext data, the import goes to an indefinite wait state. We are importing about 300 test cases along with Test Scripts both having multiple HTML fields

Why does this occur ?

A few pointers that may lead to this issue:

a. Ensure that the version of RQMExcelImporter utility is compatible with the RQM Server version.
b. Exporting large number of artifacts into RQM could be resource intensive depending on the hardware configuration of the RQM Server and load on RQM. Hence, it would be better to schedule such operations when the load on the RQM Server is less.
