Why am I unable to migrate project templates using RQMCopyUtility.jar? (On special situation)

 On a CLM 6.0.6 ifxi003 instance I'm trying to migrate the templates from one project to another. 

Below you will see the command I'm using to do this. I used this same command for multiple projects and is failing on this one only. 

I thought that it was an alias issue but the project name is correct. You will see below the error I'm getting. 

Need to know: 
-what could be the cause of this?
-is there is a workaround?
-is there a fix?

I expect for the command to migrate the templates the same as it did for the other projects.

As it is working for other project, it should work for this project too. Could you please check that template really exists (com.ibm.rqm.planning.templates.testsuite.template_1550247686424)? You can check it at location https://<host name>/<context name>/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/<Project+Alias+name>/template?
