Getting new attributes to work on old work items

0	James Porter (26●1●6●6) \| asked Nov 02 '09, 1:08 p.m. I added a new attribute to the Story work item, and have it in the editor, so that it displays when I create new work items. How do I get that attribute added to existing work items?
