Hi,  <o:p> </o:p>

We have the following error displayed for one team and one sprint backlog: 


TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of null

I don't know how to fix it. It's only happening when I open de plan and is displayed when I Select the view "Ranked list "

I would suggest opening the project ( as for a configuration change ) in RTC Eclipse and look for and remove broken plan views.

  1. Connect to the RTC project by accepting an invitation or adding to the list of connected project ( Manage Connected Projects )
  2. Right click the project name in the Team Artifacts view and choose Open
  3. Navigate under the Project Configuration to the Planning section
  4. Look through all the sections ( even if they seem unconfigured ) and look for invalid entries e.g.:
  5. Remove the Invalid Plan View(s) and save the configuration.
There is no guarantee that this will fix the issue, but probably won't hurt.
